This access door features a double‑panel design made from 24‑gauge galvanized steel, with a matching 24‑gauge galvanized steel frame. The door panel is filled with 1″ fiberglass insulation for thermal efficiency and condensation control. A 1/8″ thick × 1/2″ wide closed‑cell neoprene gasket is applied between the door and frame to ensure an airtight seal.Equipped with self‑tightening, hand‑operated cam latches for tool‑free closure, the door also includes hex head sheet metal screws and a safety chain for secure installation and operation. Ideal for HVAC ductwork, mechanical enclosures, and industrial access points, this unit combines durability, energy efficiency, and ease of use. Custom sizes and OEM configurations are available.
